1,700 pumps on farms consume 1 billion kilowatts of electricity per year.

A subsidy of 170 billion soums was planned for them in this year's budget for the cost of electricity. Another 250 billion soums are allocated for this next year. For example, 92 farmers from Khorezm installed a modern pump and saved 20% of electricity. By installing solar panels, he sells the electricity he needs to the state and earns an additional 7-8 million soums per month. In order to expand the experience of Khorezm, it was noted that the subsidy for the cost of electricity should be tied to the renewal of pumps and the installation of solar panels. Based on this experience, it was emphasized the importance of transferring 1000 farmers to the new system every year.
