About the project
The Charvak reservoir is located on the Chirchik River 2 km from the village of Charvak, Bostanlik district, Tashkent region. The reservoir serves irrigation and hydrotechnical purposes. The dam is 768 m long and 168 m high, and the reservoir holds 2 cubic kilometers of water.
In the old state of the control measuring devices at the Charvak reservoir, monitoring work has been carried out through the human factor. Through our project, this system was switched to a fully automatic method without a human factor, fully digitized the system for monitoring pressure and non-pressure piezometers, filtration water detection, hydro posts and weather stations. This system is currently delivering high-definition generated data to the user.
The following devices were used to digitize the control metering devices of the reservoir. Pressure piezometers include water pressure oscillating wire sensors for measurement, and pressure-free piezometers have oscillating wire sensors for measuring water depth, a turbidity detection sensor for filtration water consumption measurement, water line sensors for oscillating wire, ultrasonic water consumption mounted on hydro posts, as well as water level sensors, a barometer for measuring atmospheric pressure, temperature sensors. Devices such as Datalogger and Multiplexer were used that received and transmitted data from these sensors.
